TripCandy – Buyback Instructions

Dear TripCandy Investors,

Thank you once again for your patience.

As previously announced, after 2.5 years of trying to make it succeed in this challenging market, with only 1.5 years of runway, the team has decided to close this project. We would like to initiate a token buyback from all $Candy holders using the remaining funds from suppliers and partners.

While the team is still consolidating funds from various suppliers and partners, we kindly request that you send your $Candy tokens to the following wallet address for verification on or before March 31, 2024:

Please ensure that the above BSC address is the correct wallet address before sending.

Please Read:

1. 1. How is the buyback calculated?
   Answer: The remaining funds will be distributed pro-rata based on the total amount of $Candy tokens received from investors.
2. 2. How do I receive the funds?
   Answer: The funds will be airdropped into your wallet address that the $Candy token was sent from.
   And you will receive either BNB or USDT, which ever is cost-efficient on the day of the airdrop (after March 21, 2024)

   Answer: No. We will not entertain any other wallet address to prevent scams.

4. 4. What is the timeline of the token buyback?
   Answer: Please allow for a 2-3 weeks processing time after the March 31, 2024 due date.
   An announcement will be made once it is completed.
5. 5. What happens if I send my tokens to the above wallet address after March 31, 2024?
   Answer: Please note that any action taken after March 31, 2024, will not be honored, as the project will be officially liquidated.
